Crafting Conversations addressed climate change by demonstrating how artists are reducing their environmental footprint through their choice of materials and processes. The exhibition suggested how we can shift our thinking and actions to create a more sustainable, life-affirming relationship between human and non-human nature. Curated by Katy DeMent and Ann Rosenthal.
This exhibition was made possible by The Heinz Endowments and was hosted by Contemporary Craft, a non-profit art organization that presents contemporary art in craft materials by international and national artists through innovative exhibitions, artist-led workshops, and a unique retail store.
